Charles Barlow

Veteran & Public Servant

Charles Barlow was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He served in the United States Army and Army Reserve as a drill sergeant, military policemen and infantrymen. He also received advanced training in Special Forces operations and counter insurgency. 

Upon discharge from military service, Charles worked for various law enforcement agencies, including police, corrections and state parole. Charles specialized in investigating sexual predators.  During his career, he has received numerous commendations for his performance and the officer of the year award.
Education and Educator

Charles Barlow has a master's degree in sociology with a specialization in criminology. 

Charles is a California licensed investigator who specializes in investigating sex crimes and a certified expert in criminal investigation who has interviewed hundreds of child molesters. He is also a graduate of the Los Angeles Police Department Detective School
Lastly, Charles is an adjunct professor of sociology and criminal justice.   He currently teaches in the Los Angeles County area. Charles has taught classes in criminal justice and sociology to thousands of students over the past decade.
